Halo: Terms of Service is a narrative tabletop role-playing game where you step into the shoes of powerful board members at CloseAI, a tech giant that controls society through the Halo—a collar device that has successfully replaced today’s smartphones and made everything more practical. It acts as a means of payment, travel, and communication, all while monitoring, restricting, and shaping human behavior.

In this game, you will collaboratively build a dystopian or utopian world (your choice) through the laws you create, debate, and enforce. But be aware of this: your personal desires and secrets influence your decisions, and the consequences of your laws will ripple through society over time. Your goal is not to win, but to explore the complex interplay of control, surveillance, technology, and human values—and ultimately decide whether to stay loyal to the system you helped create or to rebel against it.
